We just had a wonderful evening at Salmon & Brine. Very good food, the menu is extensive, and excellent service from Maria. Ask to sit outside if possible. We will be adding this to our regular restaurant list.

Lovely spot to enjoy nice dining experience - the menu selection is pretty good - fresh ingredients - amazing batter for fried items - my favority was the Ceviche!!! Their fried tenticles & calamri is amazing! Their martinis are great! Great service - great atmosphere & great food. Great work! Recommended

Salmon & Brine never misses. Fresh, beautifully prepared seafood, warm service, and a cosy atmosphere that makes every meal feel special. The flavours are clean, honest, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit in Paarl.

Salmon and Brine is hands down one of my absolute favorite spots in Paarl! I’ve been here so many times and not once have I been disappointed. From their main courses to the sushi, everything always leaves me impressed. Their oysters are the freshest you’ll find! The staff and owner are so warm and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Truly my go-to restaurant that I can’t recommend enough. Love, love, love!

A really lovely place to dine. Food is good quality and deliciously made. Service is excellent and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The fireplace burning makes it lovely on cold winter days and creates a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again as it isn't easy finding good Japanese food around here.
